You can either carry out all the activities for registering a pvt limited company on your own or hire a CA. There are totally 14 departments to take the consent .

There should be atleast two members to start a pvt limited comp called directors. Go to the Regional Registar Of Companies office in our location and Register your company name., It just cost you 500-600 rupees only.

Once you register the name of company you have to submit to ROC within 6 months b4 the expiry of the name. And then vat/service tax , TIN number, TAN , Pan no ...you have to do one by one.
